In addition to working with my clients at the gym, I travel to my clients and bring the workout into their home. Some people might feel more comfortable working out at home because the gym can be intimidating. Stay at home moms might not have the choice to leave home, so I can breakdown that barrier keeping them from reaching their fitness goals. But I don’t just help new mom’s and those scared to go to the gym, but those who have busy work lives and don’t have the time to plan an effective workout routine and stick to it.
A sense of purpose gives us an internal desire to change and improve ourselves.
